Guys my pinnacle ackrose cross bike came with hydraulic brakes and a bar end shifter. I now what to change out the bar end shifter to the same style brake/gear lever as fitted to road bikes but because the brakes are hydraulic is there any cheap way to do this? It’s 1×10 so only need the right hand shifter any ideas?
    Cheers

    Is it this one? https://www.evanscycles.com/en-ro/pinnacle-arkose-two-2015-adventure-road-bike-EV207294

The rear derailleur is MTB specific, I don’t think you can find any brifter that will work with it correctly.

Yes it is but it runs shimano 105 rear mech. And a mtb 11-36 cassete

    I don’t think shimano do a 10 speed hydraulic shifter/brake unit.

The other option would be to get a 10 speed SRAM S-700 shifter and pair it with a SRAM MTB rear mech. Might be a bit expensive though.

Tiagra hydro is 10sp, if you can get any yet. Not seen any offers about

Not seen any Tiagra hydro’s, but current Tiagra 10sp isn’t compatible with previous stuff, seeming to run 11sp type mechs, so won’t be much use either.

Wouldn’t that he best bet to be get some 10sp STIs with cable operation and some TRP Hy-Rds? I can’t think of another way to do it.
Your existing brakes would sell for decent money.
