    Yeah ben alder was good, sun was beating down on the “hike a bike” section, then it pissed with rain all the way back!! only 5 punctures, so not to bad, cracking decent, bike was really good, kept the conti race kings on and they were actually quite good.

    Vit C post I did earlier.. looked at info about Vit C and found that it does help with strenuous excercise – lack of energy – so I assume I accidently found the answer to my own hydration problems as stated earlier.
