I've only ever raced at HtN and would like to try a few others, but unsure about which fat boy friendly events to have a pop at.

Gisburn 12hr Enduro has been getting better & better, so this year it is no more.
Very sad!Try XC Racer for a list.
Whinlatter is great but comes as a bit of a shock to the system if you live/ride somewhere flat or rolling.
Quite a few events in pennines throught the year.

next up for me is Welsh Ride Thing (is that an "event" ?)
not sure on this year's SSUK, dependant on cost
would like to do SITS but would need to find some similar slow/fat knacker team mates (paging Rusty!)
