Just broken it to SWMBO about racing both days that weekend, what with Cannock Winter XC on the Sunday it won’t be that hard on drive train & brakes 😯

I know you want to enter. I can’t open the entry though until the various departments at the local authority have said ‘yes’. It’s just a matter of time until they do, but accepting more entries before that happens would be madness.

I decided to marshall once, because I was a bit fed up and hadn’t ridden for weeks.
Five minutes after the start I was considering dragging someone off their bike, stealing their identity and joining in.
