Just got this phone & last night after receiving a text from Nottingham the phone location showed as Nottingham on the home screen with the weather stats for that town. Used the update function & got my location back (not Nottingham obviously) but now I’ve got no weather stats. Anybody had this problem & know how to fix it. Should I just take the battery out & fire it up again?

press the + button – select widgets – weather – select and then change to your town

I experienced strangeness of that kind with my Desire due to updating Google maps, a de/re-install cured it.

I think turning on the setting that finds your location using wireless connections made it work for me.
