Swimming is great after crimbo, the extra flotation really helps.
Lots & lots of riding. Heading over to Cannock at least thrice! My riding friend and I have a tradition where we go out for a BIG ride early on, then his wife n kids come over to ours for Christmas cheer, food n drink.
Riding and 5:2 dieting, just picking my days carefully to fit in around family and friends.
It's the kidnapping season up here in Aberdeenshire, got to keep the weight on so I don't leave my children fatherless.
