  • How to work out head angles? (offset bushes, anglesets, a2c height etc.)

    Hi all,
I’m going to put some 160mm forks on my 140mm frame, and I’m also curious to put some offset bushes in, or maybe an angleset, or maybe both, to have a play around with the angles.
Is there any way to work out what the head angle will be with all these factors combined?
    Stock head angle is 67.

    Anyone done anything similar?

    Many thanks

I’d say the FIRST thing you should do is buy 2 offset bushes and fit one. Ride then the second. Thats 2x £10

I bought mine from the bloke Kevin in this link:

    Dont go OTT.

Get a (free) anglefinder app on your phone and measure for yourself..?

I’m sort of aiming to get around 65.5ish, so I’d rather just work out how slack I can get I decide whether to get an angleset or bushes. I’m popping the forks on anyway.
