Eh? You can make zip files and open them just using Finder on the Mac, does this not work for some reason with their files?

How do you mean the FTP will only work ‘on win-zip’?

supplier has advised me that their ftp wil only recognise winzip files, apparently it will not work with MAC OS versions…… 🙄 ….
I have asked for their ‘web’ guy to get in touch to clarify…… in the meantime, i need some prints…..

WinZip is a windows based program for handling ZIP files.

If you right click on any file in OSX and choose ‘Compress “name of file”‘ it creates a ZIP version.
