my HT2 bearings are stiff so want to take them apart.

Is it as simple as taking the plastic cover over, removing the seal of the bearings and then degrease and regrease, replace seal and replace the plastic top cap thing?

Any tips on best ways to remove bits or which grease to use etc etc?
