    Evening all

Currently running pro 2 hubs on EN521 rims. They are very strong and reliable but a bit heavy (approx 2000g). Went into my LBS recently and found some Industry 9 wheels weighing in at 1650ish g. The I9 wheels are works of art but just wondering how much I will notice the difference in weight between the two wheelsets? The rims on the I9’s are Stans ZTR flows, 100g lighter than my current EN521’s.

Any help / advice would be great.

A lot, especially seeing as they are mated up to such amazing hubs. Seems like nonsense until you try them, but compared to a basic hub they are stunning. Spin forever. If I could afford to I’d have them. Also if you go tubeless you might lose even more weight.

    First Remove Rotating Weight
    Then Sprung Weight
You score twice with wheels on a full sus

You’ll notice it loads, especially when coming out of corners and climbing.
