OP. This type of thread traditionally gets this reaction. I had the same dilemma getting a price pinned down for my bike, which I have recently posted in the for sale forum incidentally.
I went on Pinkbike, eBay etc to get a guide price. It doesn’t take any longer than reading the sarcastic comments that you get when posting a ‘what’s it worth’ thread. This is not the Antiques Roadshow after all.

FFS you don’t get much for 28p these days, when I were a lad you could buy a bike frame for that.
