    A few years ago, I was getting through 50 at one time.

    These days though it is a lot less.

    None. Dislocared shoulders have seen to that.

    I reckon due to back related knocks and crashes I’d struggle to do more than a couple of situps too.

    Doesn’t it depend how much you weigh?

    Say someone who’s 9 stone can do 25 and someone who’s 18 stone can do 20…

    Then add into the equation that both are being chased by a bear and are trying to climb a tree to escape…

    Fast forward 100 years… it’s the tree

    Trees are solid~ I’ve seen them have their limbs torn off and they don’t even flinch

    Anyhoo, tried some pull ups earlier, thankfully there weren’t any bears to be seen.

    Zero.
    Strength to weight was never that good, I could do 10 when I was 30ish… but now my shoulders are shagged!
