    Just wondering, as the bank keeps blaming their solicitors for the hold-up. They (the solicitors) have been sitting on their paperwork for a fortnight now.

    this is part of the reason i decided it wasnt worth the hassle saving 0.02% by changing providers ….

    i did it all over the phone in 45 minutes – got the paperwork in the post to sign – how ever i was switched over to the new deal from the phone call date. – which probably saved me more than the 0.02% 😀

    Took six months last time I did it. The only blot on my bank’s copybook over the last 25 years. Never did find out why. But then I wasn’t that bothered so didn’t really get pushy about it.
