    Pins on my Burgtecs would rip them to shreds in minutes.

    Sealskinz below 5 10’s are as good as you get IMHO.

    @dogmatix How does the overshoes last on flats? Got a major cold toes thing going on that needs solving. Are these warm?

    Thanks aide, it was an old hairdryer that was on its way out. If you give it a try keep it on the cool setting, is more just pushing air through than actually heading them.

    Last time I bought a pair of gortex boots the bloke told me not to use newspapers to dry as the ink will clog up the gortex. He said just use old t towels and replace when wet. Don’t suppose it matters so much if it doesn’t have a membrane.
