I got this new cleaner at a recent motor X event, it's called Rhino Goo and is a bright green liquid when you spray on. After a ride just spray it all over and leave for 3 mins, then just hose it off and I must say it works much better than Muc Off and it dries to leave a nice shine.
It even works on anodized finishes, think they also do Rhino shine which is a silicone type spray
Can highly recommend

wash it in the bath.simples really.not my bath though.
or hoover it with the brush attachment if it's more dusty dirty than muddy dirty, when I'm hoovering the flat.
or just spray with some car wax shampoo.always dry with a microfibre cloth.
wax 1-2x a year.Posted 6 months ago # -
I used to just knock the dried mud of and clean the chain if noisy but since getting a white bike I feel compelled to do it after every ride with any mud, I usually hose off the worst then use a bucket of water with car shampoo and various brushes. It doesn't take long unless I find maintenance tasks to do whilst cleaning.
The SS gets cleaned every 6 months as not having to clean it is one of it's benefits.Posted 6 months ago # -
Anodised brown bike. No wash.
I'm sure just before it was stolen, it was the dirt holding it together.

Once a year it gets a proper clean ...

One of these to spray the downtube before mounting back on the roof. Then spray the kids bikes. They get to commute on some seriously dirty kit some days. All adds to their cred!

My Cube hardtail has a little sticker on the back of the seat tube stating 'handwash only' - I'll be honest, trying to get it into the zanussi never crossed my mind.. (who says the Germans don't have a sense of humour!)
Seriously though, Turtle wax wash n shine in a bucket o' water with the dustpan brush, followed by a rinse & if needed, a drive train clean up with Park scrubber / citrus degreaser. Bounce dry, and either GT85 or if the weather's minging ACF50 (better at keeping the salt-laden sand & spray at bay on my coastal commute). It doesn't get a wash after each outing, as it's in daily use, but I generally wipe the stanchions over.

Just started using hope's shit shifter and it saves me so much time, a lot better than the fairy liquid or muc off I've been using. Rinse it off then a bit of gt85, bit of rock n roll and a bit of wet lube on the cables.

Malverns - hose it down after a ride for the three months a year it gets muddy
FoD - hose it down the eleven months a year it gets muddy
Try and ensure I dry off and re-lube forks/shock/uppitydowny seatpost. After that apathy generally takes over.
All this talk of degreasing chains etc, I moved to squirt wax lube last year and now now more chain degreasing
