    Just pull, they can be a little bit sticky though. I thought there was something holding mine it at the time.

    clamp it in a vice with soft jaws then wiggle the wheel by holding the rim'//tyre. wiggle side to side of the jaw clamp it will come out.

    mine were stuck well hard. had to use a soft jaw and vice.

    Needle nose pliers and pull like a bastard seemed to work for me.

    If all else fails try tapping a long rod through from the other side.

    long nose pliers turn & wiggle while pulling .
