Permanently here. Not sure what a proxy is or a nagra3 toolbar either.

PureVPN for a proxy to enable iPlayer 4OD etc via a PC

Permanently, you should be able to get the beeb channels via a UK Sky box or Freesat with a 90cm dish in the North and 1.2m further South

Email me (in profile) and I'll put you onto my brother. He's been in Italy for about 10 years and is very good at these things. He's had proxies from various companies so should be able to advise you on what's best.

tor (with only UK exit proxies configured)
foxyproxy (optional, to configure which sites to route via tor or route directly)

and patience. It can be painfully slow to connect, but the vid is fine once it's playing.
