Slx brakes and clarks Rotors. Front pulses so bad the forks vibrate! Any way to stop this?

Some calipers/pads just don’t work with certain rotors.

Are you running the same brakes/Rotors front and rear?

Ive currently got some xt’s doing the same with superstar flames, think they are going in the bin 😕

Used to get a similar problem on Mono Minis, most noticable on tarmac. Reckon it was due to the braking surface tapering between the rotor’s spokes, a set of Shimano rotors with concentric braking surfaces cured it.

Put them in a lathe. Carefully turn down the outer surface until they’re perfectly round like a proper rotor. Fit them back on your bike. Take them off again and throw them in the bin when you realise they now work even worse, and buy the normal rotors you know you should have got in the first place.
