How can someone in the cells refuse to attend court?

thug refuses to attend court

If I refused to be arrested on reasonable suspicion of having committed a crime, several powerful people would combine to physically dominate and suppress me and remove me to a place where I would be in no doubt that I was arrested.

Why couldn't the same approach be adopted towards this piece of human landfill in order to get him into the courtroom?

Still never mind, since we've already established that this person is "thug", setting up a court to try him seems like a waste of money to me.

Its not neccessary for a person to be present in court, to be tried,judged or sentanced, if they choose not to.Dragging someone in kicking and screaming would serve no usefull purpose.Let them rot in the cells and, maybe let their lack of cooperation be reflected in their sentance if found guilty.
