Congratulations… .i’ll bump the thread again once I reach that stage.

Cheers! Hang on in there. Our process wasn’t too bad but really, should have been loads simpler. Information from vendor not that forthcoming, slow and lazy solicitors on both sides, it took about 2 and a half months but I have had to be chasing so often. I’m just glad it’s over because I’ve had enough of having to chase slow, lazy, shitty people!!

We had 50% of the price to put down, no chain for the purchase, us renting, the vendor wanting to sell to us…..and it still took months. I completely understand how it has taken my friends a long time to complete in the past. What a ball ache!

But……….I’ve got a new house now 🙂
