I want to go up and ride Coed y Brenin and stay overnight Monday, can anyone recommend a decent hostel style accommodation or even a cheap b&b, preferably bike friendly?

Theres a bunkhouse down the road at the Transdfdoigufgud (sp) holiday village. Or theres the B&B just before that at the side of the main road. Or theres the Tyn-Y-Groes.

Cae Gwyn Farm – just before Trawsfynydd Holiday Village, on the left as you go north away from Dolgellau/Coed Y Brenin on the A470. they’ve got B&B, ‘camping barn’ (think – bunk barn) and proper camping.

Seem to remember the lodges at Trawsfynyyd Holiday Village being pretty good value though, and the Rhiw Goch Inn there is awesome.
