Need a new set of wheels so have ordered some Hope Pro 3 SP-AM4 on dt rims, are these going to be to heavy to ride all day? If they are what else should I look at in that price rage.

What DT rim are they? Tyres will make a bigger difference than anything else.

They are dt EX 500 rims.

Quite a light rim I believe so you should be fine

Wheel weight doesn’t matter at all apparently 😆

Bit late asking the question, if you’ve alredy ordered them…

But for the same money you could have got lighter (Hope Hoops) wheels, ie Crests.

Didn’t like the look of the crests as they had no eyelets.

Ok, I’ve a Pro 2 5.1 pair that I bought a few years ago – I was happy with them, but don’t use them any more as they are far heavier than my newer Pro 2 SP Crest pair – especially as they also need a Stans rim-kit for tubeless.

    Work well with 2.4’s.

There fine. Ive had a pair for years now with no complaints. Ridden all sorts on them too: Morocco, Alps, Lakes, Wales..
