Does the bottom headset cup come with the crown race, etc? Is the to and bottom cups bought together the equivalent of the full headset minus just the Head Doctor assembly, or do they leave out other odds and ends?

The crown race comes with the bottom cup and everything for top cup is included except for the top cap. Would be full headset except for top cap if you brought both parts
