I need a replacement top bearing for my Hope Headset and the official Hope ones seem a bit pricey, does anyone know of a alternative which works just as well, or do I have to just bite the bullet and get the official one?

That Superstar one looks correct for Hope 11/8″.

just checked my hope headset as I had the fork out and it’s on it’s original Hope stainless bearings but they are not marked.

A bit of googling suggests they are 45 deg outer and 36 deg inner chamfer which sounds like what I remember.

The other option is 45 deg inner and outer.
