How do I remove them? The hope video conveniently skips this bit… It says 'just knock them out'. I'm stuck (literally, judging from how one of the bearings had welded itself to the axle… oops!).

just done mine on a XC hub of old, knock out outer one with a drift, remove circlip then knock out inner one, you may have PRO 2 hub though

I just buy a new one. It costs a fortune in hammers trying to "drift" the feckers out.

Just warm it up a bit with a heat gun or hairdryer,I use a peice of 10mm alloy bar or a round ended 10mm punch, the centre pipe has an o ring in the middle, this allows it to move a little so you can get onto the inner end of the bearing to tap it out.)hth 🙄

Heat – tie a rag around it and pour bioling water over it. Freeze the new bearings. I did my front pro 11 recvently – the bearings went in and out with barely more than a few taps due to heating the hub.
