    Hi, I have an issue with some old Mono M4 brakes. After not being used for a couple of months, the lever pulls to the bars.
    After pumping for a while (10 minutes!) they gradually start to work. Once they are working they are fine, the lever doesn’t feel spongy, so I think more than a simple bleed is required.

    Any ideas?

    sounds like they just need bleeding to me

    leak somewhere on some dodgy seals would be my guess- more likely lever than caliper tbh

    You could warp them in tissue paper at all joints and see where you get spots????
