    Hi Rich,
Don’t know on price or turn around is, best drop them a email.
But it might be worth taking it to you local Tech Shop, which can be found under dealer locator on the hope website.

    i think i recently paid about about £30 – £40 when I had a leaking piston.
Price included new pads and the turn around was about 3 days although I did it through a lbs as the bike was in for other things as well

Next day parts off of crc and did my mono m4’s myself. Not that hard tbh but I already had the tools to remove the piston end caps and some kit for bleeding. They feel like new now.

I had some original minis serviced by Nirvana cycles in Dorking – £50 for both included new phenolic pistons, new seals, new reservior diaphragms and a new pair of pads. Took about a week.
