Yes the bash simply replaces the big ring.

Just a bit worried because the angle the chainring mounts are sitting at looks a bit funny :/

They are both 104 BCD so will match ok. Make sure you get the right size bash ring to suit the number of teeth on the middle ring.

I’ll be swapping the middle ring out for a 38T anyhow, thanks.
