Grr, Upgraded, Well changed my hoses to carbon goodridge lines instead of the silver braiding the other week and reused all hardware and just bought the hose.

The front brake (rears perfect) has a small amount of fluid leaking on the banjo at the caliper end, Is it possible that i could have got the brass insert the wrong way round (one for master cylinder on caliper) and that would cause a leak?

Ive took the hose off at the caliper end to make sure it was all as it should be and bled it through, The lever feels good not spongy but this little bit of fluid keeps appearing, It seems to be coming up around the hose from where the brass washer is and dripping down the caliper.

Anyone know what i need to do? Thanks

either nip the banjo up a bit more, try flipping the washer and nipping it up or a new washer. They compress and conform to the face of the parts they're sealing. Often you can reuse them but the theory is new washers each time.

    Anneal the copper washer

heat it up until it's cherry red & then quench it in water
