Do Hope make a post mount to IS 200mm adaptor? I've looked on their site but it looks like the adaptor they do have is only a plus 20mm (making 180mm).

The posts dictate the size of rotor. An adapter will only convert from post to IS. or increase the potential rotor size by 20mm as you have found.

Could you use a PM160 to PM180 adapter first, and then put the PM to IS160 adapter on top, using long bolts? Might be tricky to align and keep aligned, but....

here you go, and no increase in rotor size. If I could work out how to link a pic from flickr on this stupid laptop I have to use at work then I'd show you how it looks on my bike. It's not as pink as it looks, it's red
