    Bacon rolls and tea are nice, but I feel I need something more…

    Milk,banana and some blackberry’s in a blender. If you want to be scientific, add some protien powder or some shit.

    Stick a date or two in and blend them too. Also the very finely ground oats are good too. I do use whey and water instead of milk though.

    Pint of milk,banana, spoonful of hot chocolate powder and a spoonful of dried milk powder. Blend and drink.

    Couple of dessert spoons of porridge oats, big ass dessert spoon of nut butter (as in 100%, no added crap. I prefer almond), 1 banana, cocoa/cacao powder to taste (or protein shake), top up with 50/50 milk and water then blend.

    No, look for proper nut butter. Most supermarkets and health food shops do it. I’ll often get the cashew one. Nutella is mostly sugar and best avoided.
