saw that, I wondered that as the victim was a doctor he would have been reasonably well off and of decent standing. But if he ad been a factory worker would he have been sued for damage to the car?

I aint just America where this happens, a mate’s (cyclist) dad was kiled by a driver who drove off, who later got a measly 150 hrs community service.
