So if i want to get a new bike, how do i get a hire test bike,
Rang one shop today 75 QUID for the hire of the bike, refundable if i decide to buy the bike, but i need to actually put a deposit down on the bike to the fuill value of the bike, and i need to fill in numerous foerms etc, then any damage i may do needs to be paid for etc etc.(thats just not going to happen is it)

Rang another shop, they said we dont do hire bikes as you may dirty them and we cant sell them on then,

Finally can you get a Boardmman bike as a test bike, for a day,

Is it just me, but i can hire a car for 30 quid a day, drive unlimited miles etc, and just pay a small deposit.

Or should i go for Wiggles 30 test ride,if so recomend me a few bikes 1500 max, full sus.

Where are you based?
There’s a shop near Stirling that does cheap enough hires (think it’s £30/day) and that comes off your purchase price if you end up buying the bike. The hires tot up as well, so if you hire 3 different bike over 5 days, you’ll get £150 off the purchase price.

In the lakes it’s around 45-50 per day again refundable against.

Best way is to find a demo day, orange are out and about.

Took out an alpine, carbon Nomad & Blur out via biketreks demo days FOC (free tea and cake too!)

Bike demos are on at Dalby this weekend and at a few other events.
