Hi, I'm getting a niggling pain in my right hip joint, it's worse when cycling or when sat down for prolonged periods.
Presuming it's related to the hip joint and there is some wear going on - what is the latest advice/ opinion on the use of glucosamine/ fish oil supplements to lubricate the joint? Is there any alternative?
I plan to get it checked out, but at the moment it's a niggle rather than pain.
