Middle class problem. Our fancy Neff oven has a telescopic rail which pulls out smoothly on ball bearings.

At least it did when we got it. I ran the pyrolytic program (heats up to temp of sun to burn off crap and clean oven) without taking the rails out. Not only did all the chrome discolour but it burnt off any lubrication that was ever on the rails so that they now squeak in an unpleasant way.

are any of the bike greases I’ve got (Finish Line Teflon, Blue assembly grease, Silicon grease) going to be up to high temperatures and if not what am I looking for?

If you’re going to putting things into an oven I’d make sure that they didn’t off-gas unpleasant chemicals before putting them with food.
I just googled this for you…

4/10. You could have at least used LMGTFY
