    I have got a frame with closed brake hose guides. Is it better to take the hose off the lever or caliper end on my Hope X2’s? Thanks

    Lever.Take pads out,pumplever till pistons protrude 4mm,disconnect hose from lever,thread hose,re-attach hose (swear like a navvy if its braided),remove resevoir cap,push pistons back in caliper,top up resevoir if necessary,replace resevoir cap.Bingo-no bleeding.
