    Got the chance of a Vaio AW190 laptop at a good price, but doing research on Google i'm sure the laptop is aimed at the Sony market in America.
    Can anybody tell me if i need to be wary of this purchase, i have been told it has the necessary power leads for the UK…..

    Shouldn't matter, as long as it's from an authorised UK Sony reseller – it'll have to come with the correct leads as you suspect.
