Just had a thought and can’t seem to find any details online… I’ll find out for real soon enough… but are there any clued up solicitor / conveyancer types that know if I can redeem my help to buy isa against a property with a section 106 on it (20% local discount)?

Can’t see any mention on it online but I know there is mention that you can’t use 2 types of government discount.. not sure if the local occupancy clause is really classed as a government discount as they aren’t giving anything they have just capped the total property value for ever?
