Help! Praxis M30 BB removal. Tool confusion?

Having read all of the different BB types on the markey I have become completely confused as to what tool I need to remove the Praxis M30 BB from my Specialized Diverge frame.

Can anyone provide a link or even an adhoc method. I need to remove the BB clean it up and then reinstall it.

Umm. helpful.

There is no such tool which is why I am posting. The cups are for installing.
