Am in shed. Got a Clark SX front brake – 185 rotor.
Trying to stick it straight on to Post Mount of RockShox SID Race.
There’s not enough ‘clearance’ for the rotor – it fouls on inside of caliper.
Have tried putting a 160 rotor on there and it still fouls…

    Am desperate!

Ideally I’d like to run it with the supplied 185, but could use the 160 – question is do I need some sort of adaptor – if so can someone point me to the right one?
    Or am I being a dunce and there’s a simpler answer…?

Please help – I’ve got to finish this bike urgently.

    Thanks.

You’ll need an adaptor that is designed for your calliper (make/model) and the size of rotor you have, or do a lot of trial and error bodging with washers/spacers (probably).

I found said adaptor in bottom of tool bag and job done – was having a dim moment and you got me through!
    cheers – appreciate it.
