I’ve got £200 worth of vouchers to spend before the end of the month.
Any suggestions – either mtb or road?

Tyres. Purgatory is great. You could even resell them on eBay.

I hate the saddles but other people like them.

I’d probably spend most of it on tyres, I like Spesh tyres, and maybe get some new winter SPD boots too.

I quite like the saddles – was thinking of a toupe pro for the road bike…
    Are the tyres that good?

Saddles, either Romin or Toupe, have a Romin on the mtb, Toupe for the road.
Their BG road shoes are great too.

Think the tyres are made by Kenda and yes they are that good.

Some of the specialized clothes are lovely. Non-garish technical stuff. A gilet would be a good start.

Got a new pair of Tahoo shoes, really comfy and great for summer use, tyres always a good call, new lid maybe and gloves.

Shoes, insoles maybe and if you can use the money towards a bike fit then great!

Haven’t used them myself (cos I’m a broke student) but the number of pro riders using them without branding should tell you how good they are.

I’d go for the s-works shoes if most of your riding is xc orientated, had mine for over a year, really like them and they’ve also lasted really well too.

I’m also really like my Prevail helmet, fits me great and it’s unbelievably light. I guess it’s more a road helmet but I use mine for both road and mtb and you see loads of them at mtb races.

think I’m going to go for the S works road shoes
if money was no object it would be between these and the sidi wires so with the vouchers ….

I’ve got the road and mtb s-works shoes they’re both great, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
