A Rooster is on the horizon & most of the components are coming from my 29er, but I need a wheelset.

Hubs – Ill go Pro 2’s

So, what rims? – I want to run tubeless & have positive feelings about my Arch Ex’s on the 29er, so Hugo’s are looking promising, but open to opinions. Presta or Schrader?

Tyres. What is the singletrack massive recommending for our UK trails?

Rim wise I’m running a Dually, that’s not give any trouble since the day it went on.
Set up ghetto tubeless, with a 24″ tube.
It’s run at some stupidly low pressures (<10psi), with numerous rim strikes from my bulk of lard.
Will happily run another on the back.

I’ve been looking and sun mulefut seems appealing… Lightest and 45mm internal.

Ryde Trace Enduro are worth considering as well. 32.4mm ext, 28.8mm int. £100 from SSC.

Asymmetric rim builds up stiff and relatively light at 495g for 29″
