    You’re trying to make a bootable Win7 disc / USB?

    If you have the Win 7 ISO you can get the file from there. I assume you must or you wouldn’t be after the file. If you have a non-bootable Win7 ISO and are trying to make it bootable, I think you’d be better off getting a bootable version.

    This guide shows you how to do it with UltraISO – I’d be amazed if you can’t do it similarly with PowerISO.

    Google “windows 7 digital river”

    No idea about PowerISO, I use Imgburn for that sort of thing. Also, I’d cut it to USB rather than disc using the Windows 7 USB download tool.
