Hate the job I’m in at present,too much bollocks,sniping and politics going on,thought I’d be in it till retirement,would love to get into a career in the cycling industry,don’t know where to start,no experience apart from riding my MTB,please help with any advice,thanks chaps/chapesses.

You could try working in a shop.

Signalman for Network Rail,good job on paper,paid well,final salary pension,just getting myself down with all the nonsense that’s going on there,I’m not the only one that feels like it either,not a nice environment anymore.
