    Is the heathrow express from T2 to T5 free? I thought it was but then I’ve read that’s it’s only free if you have an oyster card.

    Free. There are no barriers on the Heathrow Express, only a ticket inspector.

    Underground also free but needs either an Oyster card or contactless credit/debit card to get in and out.

    From T2 to t5 its free, as is the tube. There’s a free airside bus too.

    Does the 20 minute journey time include the 15 minute possible wait for the train, so only a 5 minute train journey?

    The train journey is 4 mins, plus waiting time, plus quite a long walk. I’d guess 30 mins door to door.
