As in post. Going to try a headtorch to compliment bar light for trails over the winter.
Any forum experience of this torch from Torchy? Other options to consider?

Excellent light. I bought one for my daughter’s bike to replace a lower power Torchy BK500. It has a pretty decent beam for the quoted lumens and good run times.

Did you ever get one? If so how is it? Tempted by one myself

It’s a nice unit – well made a a decent beam pattern for helmet mount to supplement a bar light.

However, I find the beam quite a bit more yellow-tinted than most modern LEDs and I found the colour difference between the U2 on the helmet and a NiteNumen X8 or a MagicShine on the bars too awkward.
