    I’m looking for a headset for my mk3 alpine build, forks are tapered 1.5/1.1/8 so question would the chris king inset 7 do? Or are there any better, hope etc?

    I don’t know about better but I have a hope on mine. You need a hope type 2 top cup and type H bottom cup.

    Hope number 2 top and H bottom is what I have in mine.
