    …and I might be able to "escape" for a few rides.

    Glen Affric I know. Track to Orrin I know. Might have a look at Contin/Strathpeffer. Is there anywhere else I should particularly be looking out for?

    I did an excellent route out of Strathconnon via Monar Lodge to Achnashellach.

    Tried to return via Scardroy but got blocked by thousands of fallen trees and had to return via road – although that was a few years ago now.
    Chatting afterwards to the natives I should maybe have tried returning via the drove route to the south of Achnashellach.

    Square Wheels in Strathpeffer is where everyone gets sent for advice.

    Thanks for that. I was gonna pop in to SW anyway, but hoping to get some prep done beforehand.
