    have died in mrs scrapriders bike, are they easy to do, or shall i get LBS to do them, (saracen raw3), cheers

    a doddle, they’l either be a cartridge or a cage. I suspect the latter

    Google the Park tools website if you need any guidance; they’re usually pretty good.

    If cage you can just replace with ball bearings from Halfords for about £3, works fine if a little more fiddly than the cage
