Taking the dog over the fields after work was not a good decision. 3 hrs later and it’s still hammering me! Meh!

Go and have a shower, to get rid of the pollen.

    Acrivastine.

Sold as Benadryl Relief, which is different to other flavours of Benadryl. Dramatically more effective for me than any of the other anti-histamines I’ve taken over the past 20 years.

Pollen sticks to such things as fabric and hair, and bothers you later. Have a shower (plus dog?) and change clothes.

A bit drastic but a friend who suffers very badly with the hayfever had a crash into a very large nettle patch resulting in hundreds of stings all over but never suffered from hayfever that year .

we do offer to thrash him with nettles every year but he declines for some reason

    Have you hoovered the dog?

I made the mistake of introducing the pup to the hoover too early during his integration into wrighty life. He would now like to kill the hoover dead given a chance so no hoovering dog at the moment.

Should have eaten local honey over the winter.

I was dubious but not had hay fever at all yet and normally get it bad
